Lupita's Bakery began as a small family dream — a place where the aroma of fresh conchas would greet neighbors like old friends. What started in a modest kitchen has grown into a beloved Newburgh institution, where every morning begins before dawn with kneading, proofing, and the steady rhythm of the oven.

Today, we continue baking by hand using the same recipes Lupita passed down — recipes that have fed generations of families, school groups, and late-night study sessions. Every bolillo, every empanada, every slice of tres leches carries that same warmth.
